This is Albionwood from LJ - nice looking blog you got here! (I need to do something like this for my radio program.) Your idea of food-beer pairing is a little more sophisticated then mine, which goes something like this:

Me: You know what would go really good with this food?

Wife: *eyeroll*

Me: BEER!

So, I'll be reading to gain finesse and savoir-faire. Thanks.

Homebrewing in an apartment is ambitious. My wife and I have a house and we need more room after just brewing our third batch. But there is nothing like drinking something that you (or one of your friends) made with your own hands. My wife brews with me too. Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
